C. N. Pitts was born in Presque Isle, Maine way back in 1968. He has been at various times in his life a Ho-Tep, a Klingon Warlord. a grocery god, an indifferent student, a mediocre carpenter, a gas-station attendant, an unemployed truck driver, a fish-innards removal engineer... and other things too strange to mention. At present he is an "aspiring writer," and an awesome dad, both of which he enjoys more than anything he has ever been actually paid for. His works have appeared both on-line and in print, he is featured in the print anthology "Best of Astoundingtales.com," and he won Anotherealm's first annual "dgk Goldberg" award for best horror story of 2004. His hobbies include trying not to kill houseplants and not winning the lottery. He currently resides in Bucksport, Maine, with his 4 children.
